💵 Compensation & Perks

• Up to $30.00/hr based on experience
• Up to $1,000 quarterly bonuses
• $100/week on-call bonus

⏰ Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call rotation: 1 week every 2 weeks

👷‍♂️ Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership position — we’re not looking for clipboard managers. You’ll lead by example and tackle all aspects of property maintenance, including:

• Work orders & unit turns
• Grounds upkeep & snow removal
• General repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of general maintenance experience (2+ in multifamily preferred)
• Strong skillset across all trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc.
• Supervisory experience (led at least 1 technician)
• Budgeting experience is a plus
• EPA & HVAC certifications are required
• CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
