Maintenance Technician

What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a Part-Time responsible Maintenance Technician for an apartment building located in Pierz, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and building in good repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
• Grounds upkeep including mowing, collecting debris, and snow removal
• Interior painting
• Plumbing
• Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
• Maintaining common areas
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
• Work as a team to maintain the community to the highest standard
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• 2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred

Required Qualifications:

• A valid Driver's License
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
