Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, motivated, and dependable. They should be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, with strong awareness of both internal and external deadlines. Candidates must have experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, framing, drywall, texture, painting and finishing, tile work, and other general carpentry tasks.

We are looking for someone available to work Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with additional hours available on an as-needed basis.

• At least 2 years of Maintenance experience. 


• Excellent working knowledge of and experience in all facets of building maintenance. Knowledge of electrical, HVAC required


• Excellent guest service skills, a high level of organization and attention to detail are required


• Ability to work as a team and a positive attitude are a must


• This role primarily covers Friday and Saturday evening shifts (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.), with additional hours available on nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
