Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing: Repair or replace faucets (Moen, Delta, Kohler), fix leaky toilets, clear clogged drains, and troubleshoot garbage disposals (InSinkErator).

• Electrical: Replace light fixtures, outlets, switches, and ceiling fans. Troubleshoot minor circuit issues and reset breakers.

• HVAC (Basic): Perform seasonal maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning. Troubleshoot thermostats (Nest, Honeywell) and identify system malfunctions.
