Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional seeking to further enhance their skills and knowledge through continued learning and development opportunities.  You enjoy being part of a team and are often described as dependable, knowledgeable, and a problem solver.  We are looking for someone that is goal oriented, has experience with Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and/or General Facilities maintenance.  You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment around loud machinery and have a flexible schedule, as this role requires you to be on a call rotation schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize hand tools, powered hand tools, and welding equipment.
• Work in various ambient environments, sometimes at elevated positions.
• Promote a safe working environment and adhere to 5S principles.
• Participate in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical support personnel.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong background in electrical, electronic, and CNC maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with assembly machine components (Sensors, PLC, etc.).
• Proficient in high and low voltage electrical concepts.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance is a plus
• Able to diagnose and repair equipment/machines.
• Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
