Join FirstLight Home Care as a part-time caregiver and help clients live safely and comfortably at home. We provide training, support, and recognition to help you succeed.

What We Offer:

• $18–$20/hr starting pay ($20/hr for CNA-licensed caregivers)

Your Role:

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting


• Mobility assistance & transfers


• Meal prep & light housekeeping


• Medication reminders & transportation


• Companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

• 18+ years old with reliable transportation and cell phone


• Weekend availability (every other)


• Completion of onboarding, TB screening, and training


• Compassion, patience, and reliability
