Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with mobility and light exercise
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and provide transportation assistance
• Follow each client’s individualized Home Plan of Care

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check and interview screening
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Calm, flexible, and professional demeanor
• Professional appearance and strong commitment to client service
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to traverse stairs and assist with mobility
