Male Caregiver

Generations Home Care LLC is looking for reliable MALE caregivers for our Phoenix client (zip code 85042 near South Mountain). Looking for a MALE caregiver that is able to assist with companionship, personal care and eventually take him to visit wife. Current schedule is 2 times per week 2.5 - 3.0 hours each day. Must have own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Overall Client Care and Client Experience


• Companionship


• Transportation (when needed)


• Shower assist


• Clock in and out of Shift via our on-line App


• Documentation of Visit in our on-line App

Qualifications:

• Caring, Compassionate and Warm Friendly Personality


• Must have 2 Plus Years of Proven Caregiving Experience


• Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, (DCW), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Family Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)


• Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB


• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)


• Be Able to Pass a Background Check


• Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More


• Must have own vehicle and be willing to transport if needed
