Location: Colorado Springs Mall
Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Day Work Week | 1300-2100 (1:00PM to 9:00PM)
Pay: $20.00 per hour

As a Mall Security Officer, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment for employees, vendors, visitors, and the public. Your presence will deter threats, enforce safety protocols, and provide outstanding customer service in one of Colorado’s most dynamic retail settings.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the first line of defense, ensuring the safety and security of our client’s property and people.
- Conduct patrols (foot, mobile, or fixed post) while maintaining high situational awareness.
- Manage access control and monitor entrances, exits, and perimeters.
- Identify and address hazards, suspicious activity, and safety concerns.
- Partner with local law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
- Respond to and document incidents promptly and accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees, guests, and vendors.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Colorado Springs Merchant Guard Card license (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, calm, and customer service–oriented demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Basic technology skills and a smartphone with email access
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in various weather conditions
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
$20 - $20 an hour
