Malone Park Center for the Arts Assistant

The Malone Park Center for the Arts Assistant will support the planning, organizing, and implementation of the programs at Malone Park Center for the Arts.  Some evening and/or weekend work may be required depending on programming.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage class schedules.


• Maintain, organize and clean facilities and workspaces. 


• Provide registration and orientation activities for students.


• Assist in recruitment activities for students, volunteers and potential donors.


• Support program instructors.


• Assist in procurement of supplies required for programming.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

Current high school student or High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Leadership roles, extracurricular activities or volunteer work are preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

Must have a current drivers license (Class "E") valid in the state of Missouri as well as access to a vehicle and proper insurance coverage.
