Description of the role

This position is for a Manager Assistant at DoubleTree - Tudor Arms in Cleveland, OH. The individual will support the restaurant manager in various tasks and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations


• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints


• Help in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
