We are seeking a motivated, dependable and responsible, part-time
entry level Packager to join our team. We are willing to work with your schedule.
Ideally, you have a strong passion for people and the plant. While the position is
an entry level position in our manufacturing division, it offers an entry point into

What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Packager, you’ll play a key role in preparing products for sale and
distribution. Your responsibilities will include: 
● Weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis-infused products according to
company standards and state regulations. 
● Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers,
and sealers, safely and efficiently. 
● Inspecting products for accuracy, consistency, and quality. 
● Maintaining accurate packaging and inventory records. 
● Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and
sanitation standards. 
● Following all company SOPs (standard operating procedures) and state
compliance requirements. 
● Assisting team members and performing additional duties as assigned. 
● Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize packaging
processes. 
● Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to
maintenance personnel. 

What We’re Looking For 
● High school diploma or equivalent. 
● Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or assembly line work
(preferred, but not required, we provide training). 
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
● Basic math and recordkeeping skills. 
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods. 
● Must be able to obtain a Missouri DCR-issued Agent ID and pass a federal
fingerprinting background check.  
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
