Job Summary

We are seeking a Marina Maintenance to join our team! As a maintenance member, you will support the Berthing Masters and other marina employees in the general day-to-day operations of the marina, including maintaining a clean working environment, assisting customers, and answering general inquiries about the marina itself. The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude, doesn’t mind working in any weather conditions, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the marina

Maintain a clean and orderly dock and vessel(s)

Assist customers in-person or over the phone with questions, concerns, or provide directions and advice

Perform a weekly visual inspection of the area

Check for common issues.

Establish policies for boaters regarding waste containment, sewage, petroleum control, and vessel cleaning.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills

The ability to work well within a team environment

The ability to work in any weather conditions

Experience with boating and water confidence desired

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
