Marketing Administrator (Dealership Part-Time)

The marketing administrator’s primary role is getting product photos and videos of the RV inventory (must be comfortable being outdoors on a regular basis). For promotion and advertising purposes, this media is used along with authored content on various platforms such as Wordpress, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and most especially, Pete’s RV web properties.

Reports to:

Marketing Director (with leadership from Marketing Supervisor and Sales Manager)

Responsibilities and Duties Overview:

• Assist in overseeing and maintaining ongoing campaign and events schedule
• Assist with digital content procurement for events and campaigns
• Assist event marketing supervisor with promo material design & procurement
• Administrator of social media activity
• Assist with on- and offsite event setup
• Monitor and report regularly on keeping web content current and accurate
• Interaction with event attendees during promotional activities
• Assist in maintaining showroom/phone up log and CRM activity
• As necessary, fill in at reception desk to field calls and greet customers
• Other tasks assigned by the marketing director/supervisor, or sales manager

• Flexible Schedule (including weekends)
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Comfortable Interacting with the Public (staff, vendors, consumers, media)
• Competent Business Computing (secure with Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc)
• Capable of Completing Light to Moderate Physical Tasks
• Degree or certification (or working towards one) in marketing or a related field a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Personal Vehicle

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $18- $20 per hour
