Position Overview
Romet Healthcare is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and relationship-based Marketing & Business Development Representative based in the Tampa/Brandon area to represent and develop our market presence in the greater Tampa metro region. This individual will play a key role in growing our client base, increasing brand awareness, strengthening partnerships, and showcasing our capabilities to healthcare providers, senior communities, referral sources, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, senior communities, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your local territory.
- Attend local networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Educate prospective clients and families about our services with warmth and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Track and report outreach efforts and progress toward growth goals.
- Conduct outreach and in-service presentations to promote Romet Healthcare services.
- Represent Romet Healthcare with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a focus on exceptional service.
Desired Background
- Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development (home care, hospice, senior living, or related field preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
- Knowledge of your local market and key referral sources.
- Comfortable using CRM or tracking tools to manage contacts and outreach.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
