Job Description - Marketing Assistant


Faller, Davis & Associates, Inc. (FDA) is seeking to fill a part-time Marketing Assistant position in Tampa. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal/pursuit marketing in an A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) setting.

Description
The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager in marketing and business development efforts through the preparation and coordination of proposals, resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing materials. This role assists with government pursuit forms, client questionnaires, and interview preparation, while also coordinating pre-advertisement research, meetings, and marketing activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining marketing content, producing newsletters and social media updates, coordinating with outside vendors, and supporting the development of brochures and presentations.

Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or similar role
  • Experience with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) preferred
  • Experience with other government agency proposals preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
