Marketing Assistant

Opus Coffee is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to help create and upkeep our media, including social media accounts, flyers, and our website. This position will be 15-20 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Content creation for all Opus Coffee and 4th Ave Food Park platforms
  


• Handling community management by engaging with partners and responding to comments and messages for Opus Coffee, Opus Coffee Roaster, and 4th Ave Food Park social platforms


• Monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry


• Preserving strong communication between the Marketing team, customers, and other departments


• Assist in photographing and editing images for our social pages, website, flyers, and other media


• Assist in creation of graphics for flyers and emails for Opus Coffee and 4th Ave Food Park as time permits

Requirements For Candidates:

• Degree or major in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field


• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Social Media apps


• Eye for design and image/brand compatibility


• Available to start immediately
