Marketing Assistant (Part Time)

The primary scope of this position is to provide support for event and tradeshow planning. As time and skill permit, the candidate will be able to provide support for broader marketing efforts, such as content generation. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, pack, and transport marketing materials and gifts for events; organize and maintain inventory for future use.

• Provide hands-on logistical support at events, including setting up, breaking down, and moving event supplies.
• Register the company for upcoming events and ensure all required tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Assist with marketing initiatives as needed, including generating or proofreading short-form content (e.g., social media posts, product summaries)

• Undergraduate coursework in biology or life sciences; marketing or business coursework a plus but not required.
• Team player that is organized and able to multitask/meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
