Marketing Assistant (Part-time/ Freelance)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day marketing execution and operational tasks.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, likes keeping things organized, and wants to get hands-on exposure to how digital marketing campaigns are created, launched, optimized, and reported on.

No prior experience in marketing or digital advertising is required, we will provide guidance and show you how the tools and processes work. What matters most is that you are organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

You will work closely with our marketing team and help make sure campaigns, creatives, translations, and reporting processes run smoothly across different channels.

What you will do

• Set up campaigns and upload creatives in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo (emailing)
• Support the ongoing optimization of campaigns based on team guidance
• Prepare simple reporting summaries and campaign updates
• Help with executive and operational tasks across the marketing team
• Coordinate selected translation tasks with our translators
• Keep marketing processes organized, accurate, and delivered on time
