Job Description - Marketing Associate

ABOUT US:
Brunton is a leading manufacturer of professional, recreational and tactical compasses and navigational accessories, serving customers all around the world. All Brunton compasses are made in-house in Riverton, WY where the rest of business operations also occur. Brunton is a woman-owned small business that prides itself on innovation, quality, teamwork, and authenticity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create engaging content to be used across a variety of platforms.

Manage and expand our video library.

Oversee product photography, both in-studio and outdoors.

Tailor marketing materials for our geology, tactical and outdoors recreation audiences.

Maintain and update content on Shopify, Envoy B2B, and Amazon Seller Central.

Assist in creating educational and promotional materials like videos and instruction manuals.

Run monthly email marketing campaigns.

Help plan and attend trade shows and events.

Design branded merchandise (hats, shirts, hoodies).

Collaborate on product rollouts, campaigns and strategic goal

DESIRED SKILLS:

High proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere.

Experience with video production and YouTube channel management.

Experience with product photography and photo editing.

Experience with Shopify content management.

Passion for Brunton brand and products.

Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Proficiency at managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
