Marketing Coordinator (Part-time, Flexible Hours)

Woods Machinery is seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week) Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role for a creative and organized individual who enjoys both digital and print marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company WordPress website (content, images, promotions, landing pages).


• Create engaging content for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Design and distribute e-mail blasts and newsletters.


• Develop print advertisements and promotional materials.


• Collaborate with sales and management to align marketing campaigns with business goals.


• Track and report performance of digital campaigns to measure effectiveness.


• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and media.

Qualification & Skills: 

• 2+ years of marketing experience (dealership or related industry experience is a plus).


• Proficiency with WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).


• Strong writing and communication skills.


• Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
