We’re looking for a savvy and results-driven Marketing Manager to support our therapy practice and training institute across multiple locations. This role focuses on digital advertising, email marketing, creative design, and local marketing efforts to drive visibility, training registrations, and new client acquisition. Accountabilities
Success in this role will be measured by:
Driving qualified web traffic to both our therapy and training institute websites
Converting web visitors to client inquiries and training registrations
Visibility and engagement in each therapy location’s local market
Consistent execution of marketing campaigns
Audience impressions and engagement from digital and print promotion
Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Online Presence
Google Ads & Paid Digital Marketing – Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google My Business, and other digital ad campaigns to generate leads.
Website & Directory Listings – Manage practice listings across mental health directories and referral platforms.
Performance Analysis – Track key metrics such as ad ROI, web traffic, and conversion rates to refine strategy.
Keyword Research & On-Page SEO – Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta descriptions, and headings for improved search rankings.
Landing Page Optimization – Develop and test landing pages to improve ad performance and increase conversion rates.
A/B Testing & Ad Optimization – Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and copy to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Reputation Management – Monitor and respond to online reviews to enhance credibility and local search rankings.
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
Lead Nurturing & Outreach – Develop email campaigns to nurture potential therapy clients and training institute participants.
Newsletter & Promotional Campaigns – Create newsletters and promotional email series to engage and retain audiences.
Automations & Segmentation – Implement email automation and audience segmentation for targeted communication.
Performance Tracking – Monitor email open rates, conversions, and engagement metrics to refine email strategy.
Social Media & Content Strategy
Social Media Engagement – Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns that promote services, events, and resources.
Creative Content Development – Design engaging graphics, ads, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
Localized Marketing & Campaign Execution
Location-Specific Promotions – Develop customized marketing campaigns to support each of our five locations plus our Trauma Specialists Training Institute.
Print & Community Advertising – Oversee print ads, flyers, and support materials for local sponsorship opportunities for brand visibility.
Marketing Plan Execution – Work with leadership to execute a comprehensive marketing plan that supports both the therapy practice and training institute.
Collaboration with Leadership – Work alongside leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Data, Metrics, Reporting & Planning
Marketing Performance Tracking – Regularly measure and report on key marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ad performance.
Data-Driven Decision-Making – Use analytics to optimize campaigns, adjust strategies, and allocate resources effectively.
ROI & Budget Analysis – Track marketing spend and assess ROI to ensure cost-effective advertising and promotional efforts.
Competitive & Market Analysis – Monitor trends in mental health marketing, competitor activity, and client behavior to inform strategy.
Marketing Planning – Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and tactics that align with business growth goals.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital ads, local marketing, and campaign execution
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and email automation
Experience managing print and directory-based advertising is a plus
Familiarity with software platforms like MailerLite, Canva, ClickUp, Kajabi, AI, etc
Knowledge of mental health or healthcare industry preferred
Skills & Personal Traits:
Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently
