Overview:
We are seeking a massage therapist to join our growing team in Mount Lebanon, PA. If you have a passion for massage therapy and education around self-care, we want to hear from you! We offer a fun, relaxed atmosphere and welcome individuals who enjoy having fun at work, are self-motivated, and thrive to make our customers feel their best!
Our ideal candidate works quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service in an environment that encourages collaboration and learning.

We are closed on Sundays and offer flexible hours the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities:

Assess the customer’s health condition, joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion to identify the best treatment plan.
Perform professional quality massage that meets the customer’s needs and expectations.
Knowledge of the latest massage techniques including Swedish, deep muscle and prenatal.
Ensure that customers with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
Have a willingness to learn, share ideas, and communicate well with our customers.
Perform general salon duties, including maintaining cleanliness standards of treatment rooms and facility.
Follow all salon policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other staff members.
Knowledge of current trends in the massage industry.
Eagerness to learn and improve your craft.
Be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, in addition to raising and lifting.

Experience:

1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.

License/Certification:

Pennsylvania massage therapist license.
