Job Summary

Universal Strength Wellness Center is looking for a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team! Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we welcome candidates who are eager to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage and body treatments

Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy

Maintain accurate records of each session

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Ensure a clean and safe facility

Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

Licensed (preferred) or in the process of obtaining licensure

Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience is a plus but not required – we value skill, passion, and a willingness to learn

Availability for a few later evenings (last appointment 5:30-6:00 PM) and/or Saturdays

Certifications in Stretching or Cupping Therapy preferred but not required

Willing to work with No-Fault clients on a weekly basis

Eager to grow within the company and advance their career

Compensation: $32.50 - $40.00 per hour

We Specialize in:

Swedish Massage - Helps promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension
Deep Tissue Massage - Aims to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release tension.
Sports Massage - Improves muscle performance, enhance flexibility, and increases the athlete's range of motion around joints.
Cupping Therapy - A technique that uses cups placed over the skin to help release the toxins from the bodies tissue and organs.
Intuitive Energy Healing - An energic healing session, to help release any unwanted energy in your body.
Assisted Stretching - A technique that allows the therapist to stretch you on the table or on a mat. This can be performed before, during, or after a massage. Its a great way to get ready for an event or recover from the event.
Thai Massage - Thai massage is a traditional massage technique that combines deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle manipulations of the body. Thai massage is beneficial for pain relief and for easing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Manuel Lymphatic Drainage - A gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork that enhances and supports the movement of fluid through the lymphatic system to support health and well-being.
