About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Massage Therapist to join our team at Innova Physical Therapy in Redmond, WA. We are open to a range of working hours based on your preference - part time or full time.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
- Create customized massage therapy treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing a variety of massage techniques.
- Educate patients on maintaining wellness and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Massage Therapist in the state of Washington.
- Carries own liability insurance as a supplement to Innova's group coverage.
- Experience or strong interest in working in a clinical or orthopedic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients achieve their wellness goals.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth – we are a clinic that supports lifelong learning practices.

Our massage treatment model offers both 1-hour and 90-minute sessions. We offer private treatment rooms for all sessions and have staff to manage your patient scheduling, coordinating, and billing needs.

- Specialized Women's Health Pelvic Floor Training
