MD Needed for 1 Day Week Primary Care Coverage

Description

Our agency is in need of an MD for 1 day per week to assist an employee/family based primary care/occ med clinic in Greeley, CO.

Details:

July 2-July 31

1 day per week. Covering provider can choose day per week to cover.

Hours: MWF - 7a-4p (1hr lunch), Tues 9:30a-6P (1/2hr lunch) or TH 8:30a-5p (1/2hr lunch)

Clinic staffing model: 1 provider, 2 MA’s

Patient ages: 2 years and up

Average # of patients per day: 10 

Occupational Health: Some occ health (okay if not certified or experienced)

$130 per hour

Paid Shadow Training (4 hrs)

Paid Module Training (2 hrs)

Paid Malpractice

Requirements

Must have active CO licensure

Must have clean medical and criminal background

Must have 2+ years primary care experience. Occ Med experience preferred but not required.
