Job Title: Med Techs and Resident Care Assistants

Job Type: Part-time or PRN with Weekend Availability  

Location: Grand Villa of Palm Coast

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Med Techs and Resident Care Assistants. As a Med Tech or Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents with daily living activities, recreational and social activities, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by physicians

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Plan and lead recreational and social activities for residents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid certification as a Med Tech or Resident Care Assistant

- Ability to administer medication and perform basic nursing tasks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work first and second shifts
