What You’ll Do:
● Skincare Expertise: Provide customized skincare treatments while educating patients on products and services.
● Aesthetic Excellence: Upsell advanced skin services and maintain sales targets for skincare products and VIP memberships.
● Collaborative Care: Work with medical providers to ensure the best outcomes for every patient.
● Maintain Standards: Keep treatment rooms spotless and stocked to reflect 4Ever Young’s high standards.
● Compliance & Growth: Follow medical and company guidelines while staying up to date with the latest treatments.
What You Bring:
● Advanced training and practice in services including hydrafacials, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials.
● Active Esthetician License in the state of practice.
● Experience with cross-selling services in a med & wellness spa setting.
● A strong passion for wellness, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional care.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary, with a base range of $15-$18, depending on experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities, such as performance bonuses and commissions are available.
