Medical Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

 Elevate Podiatry is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist (14 hours per week, 2 days, from 9am-5pm). The ideal candidate is expected to split the time between the two roles. Our office is located in a medical building in Union Square, San Francisco. 

Current college or vocational school students are welcome to apply. Please note that this is a year-round position and NOT a semester or summer position.

Prior medical/ front desk experience in podiatry or orthopedics is preferred but not required.

The candidate is expected to assist with all aspects of office operations including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, answering calls and emails; patient care with patient's medical intake, room turn-over, instruments sterilization, stocking and room preparation. 

The candidate must have meticulous attention to detail and exceptional professionalism. We are looking for a candidate with strong work ethics, timeliness, and a team player. The candidate must be proficient in basic computer and software programs.
