Job Description - Medical Receptionist

Aishling Obstetrics & Gynecology is looking for a spanish speaking full-time/part-time medical receptionist for a very busy, multi-practitioner OBGYN practice. Responsible for greeting and checking in patients in a polite, courteous manner. Obtaining and updating insurance information, collecting co-pays, making appointments, daily filing and pulling of charts, answering phones, making and confirming appointments.

Compensation: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Aishling Obstetrics & Gynecology has been taking care of women’s health care needs in all stages of life for years. We have five practitioners: two board-certified obstetricians and gynecologists, Dr. James Hawkins and Dr. Brett Cassidy, one nurse midwife, and two nurse practitioners. We are in the business of taking care of the whole woman. We want to build trust and help you live the healthy life you deserve.
