• Ensure residents receive their medications accurately and on time, which is vital for their health and well-being.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship, which can significantly enhance their quality of life.
• Observe any changes in residents' health and communicate effectively with the healthcare team; you will contribute to timely interventions and better overall care.

What You'll Need: 

•     An active CNA certification
•     TMA/CMA course completion with skills passed
