Join our team! At Mediterraneo, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences that leave a lasting impression. We’re seeking a dedicated Busser to play a vital role in maintaining the seamless flow of service, ensuring our guests enjoy the highest standards of hospitality.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour + tips

General Responsibilities:

• Pre-bus and post-bus tables promptly, resetting them to our high standards for the next guests.
• Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and deliver them to tables with precision and care.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and attended to.
• Ensure indoor and outdoor seating areas (including fire pits, heaters, and fireplace) are properly set up and maintained
• Organize and restock clean glassware, placing soiled items in the washing rack.
• Monitor and uphold the cleanliness of restrooms, floors, windows, and trash removal.
• Listen attentively to any concerns, escalating issues to management to ensure swift resolution.

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

• Report maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with delivering items from the kitchen to other outlets as needed.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Outgoing, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Previous bussing or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Schedule:

• Must have weekend availability.
