We are seeking a Restaurant Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a full-service restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Server, you will ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour + tips

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and assist them in finding their seats
• Take orders and provide recommendations on menu items
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of fine dining experience
• Experience as a Busser and Food Runner required 
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work part-time, Wednesday through Sunday evenings, for 5–6-hour shifts
• Must be able to work Sundays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures

• Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods. 
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch.
• Must be able to use proper techniques to lift 25 pounds.
• The ability to follow directions with an emphasis on safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
