Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas:

CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage.

Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education

Qualifications:

Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota
Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments
Passionate about skincare and client results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual, professional, and polished appearance

Schedule & Perks:

Part-Time: 2-3 days per week (24 hours)* Must be flexible and available to work Mondays
