POSITION: 

The Member Service Rep is to assist management with new member acquisition and retention by building a exceptional rapport and delivering a top notch, positive experience with every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Strong sales skills


• Clear verbal & written skills


• Multi-task in a fast paced environment


• Functional computer skills -- POS / Booking software (i.e. Club Ready); Google Sheets / Docs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell memberships


• Book & confirm prospects


• Greet and check-in clients


• Track and celebrate member milestones


• Ask for referrals


• Ensure studio cleanliness


• Complete 1 workout per week


• Participate in team meetings


• Other duties as assigned
