Hillsborough YMCA is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the Hillsborough branch of Greater Somerset County YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Primary responsibilities include supporting the administrative functions in the Welcome Center of this location. This role will serve as the point of contact for member services. Delivers excellent customer service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest requests, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the Welcome Center area

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma required. Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
2. Must have a minimum of two years office experience
3. Proficient in computer software applications related to YMCA program registration, Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
4. Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar applications)
5. Manage a high volume of administrative support services with absolute confidentiality,
6. Work in a harmonious atmosphere with various personalities.
7. Meet deadlines with accurate performance
8. Handle multiple tasks at the same time.
9. Must be highly organized and able to ascertain priorities.
10. Strong customer service, computer, writing and communication skills are essential
11. Must be available to work weekends, and cover when needed.
