Men's Locker Room Bartender

**Please note that this position is for our Men's Locker Room

- Welcome and greet all members and guests. Make everyone feel comfortable and let them know you are there to personally take care of them.

- Arrive at work with a pleasant attitude, clean uniform, and SMILE.

- Maintains neat professional appearance and always observes personal cleanliness rules.

- Inform members and guests of specials and menu changes.

- Assist in keeping watch on inventory. 

- Make drink recommendations you genuinely feel your members and guests will enjoy and ensure a positive membership.

- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other Quail Hollow Club functions and services.

- Take orders from members and guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system.

- Deliver drinks and food from the kitchen and bar in a timely manner.

- Maintain clean service areas.

- Monitor and observe members and guests dining experience. 

- Ensure that members and guests are satisfied with the service they receive.

- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

- Prepare final bill, ensure accuracy of bill for accounting department.

- Be ready and willing to assist fellow bartenders as situations arise.

- Perform other duties and assist with any other projects assigned.

- At least 1 - 2 years of experience working in food service, preferably from upscale or fine dining establishments.

- Wine, cocktail, and culinary knowledge is strongly preferred. 

- Basic reading and writing skills.

- Basic computer skills.

- Must have a positive, upbeat, friendly attitude and enjoy providing five-star customer service.

- Must be a team player who can develop strong and positive working relationships with all coworkers.
