We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Clinician to support children and teens experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders at our Seattle location. In this role, you'll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care through individual, family, and group sessions in schools, community locations, or virtual settings.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with families, schools, and other partners to help youth achieve meaningful recovery. THS offers ongoing training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and more.. The pay range for this position is $68,000- 75,000/annually DOE.
Requirements
Deliver evidence-based screening, assessment, diagnosis (using DSM-5), and treatment planning to youth clients in school, office, or virtual settings.
Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Maintain regular, collaborative communication with key stakeholders (e.g., family members, school staff, student advocates, and juvenile justice personnel) with appropriate consent.
Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration related to clinical care, including attendance tracking, educational and court-related documentation, and care coordination.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and case updates, in accordance with legal and agency standards.
Conduct individual and group-based parent/family coaching sessions to support youth treatment goals.
Maintain client records in compliance with agency protocols, privacy laws, and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF).
Meet agency productivity expectations.
Attend and actively participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions.
Engage in professional development and ongoing clinical training as required.
Adhere to THS Mental Health Program policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving participant concerns and implement clinical recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
Serve as a professional representative of THS during interactions with external organizations and community partners.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field.
Active Washington State Department of Health credential permitting the independent provision of mental health assessment and counseling services.
Experience working with adolescents and families experiencing mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
Ability to travel within the THS service area.
Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.
Experience conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and delivering coordinated interventions with families and support systems.
Demonstrated commitment to cultural humility and trauma-informed practice.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing program needs.
Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
