On Call (PRN) Mental Health Technician – Springdale, AR

Make a real impact—on your schedule! Perimeter Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate On Call Mental Health Technicians to support patients in our inpatient and residential programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Observe and document patient behavior

• Assist with daily living activities and life skills

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment

• De-escalate situations when needed (training provided)

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred

• Flexible availability: days, evenings, nights, weekends

• Must be 21+ and physically able to assist patients
