MEPS Liaison Part-Time (As Needed)

Empire Hospitality, a trusted federal contractor in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Service Liaison to support operations at the Fort Jackson Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). This role is ideal for someone with a heart for service, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to work independently while coordinating multiple moving parts.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily MEPS applicant services and logistics
   
• Conduct applicant check-in/orientation and checkout
   
• Coordinate with hotel, food, and transportation partners
   
• Monitor contract compliance for lodging, meals, and transport
   
• Communicate with military staff and resolve applicant-related issues
   
• Prepare required reports and documentation
   
• Maintain high customer service standards throughout the applicant experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
   
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
   
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
   
• Comfortable working independently and using Microsoft Office tools
   
• Ability to obtain facility credentials (U.S. citizenship required)
   
• Military or Department of Defense experience preferred
