Mercedes-Benz Greeter/Receptionist (Closing Shift)

MERCEDES-BENZ OF LOVELAND - GREETER/RECEPTIONIST PART-TIME- $17/Hour

We are seeking a personable, professional front-desk person to create a “Best-of-the Best” customer experience. This position requires good phone etiquette, dependability, accurate data entry and the ability to multi-task. We offer training, professional development and flexible hours.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00-7:00 pm (start time is flexible) and every other Saturday 9am-6pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones and greet customers.


• Data entry including new vehicle purchases and gas receipts.


• Create FedEx shipping labels.


• Sort and scan documents.


• Miscellaneous administration support.


• Maintain coffee machine and keep customer waiting areas clean and stocked.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to work every other Saturday 9am-6pm.


• Experienced with Outlook and Excel.


• Able to enter data with accuracy and pay attention to detail.


• Must be willing to submit to a background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.
