Francis Parker School (Parker) is a coeducational independent day school in San Diego, California with 1,330 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. Job Description:

Francis Parker School is currently seeking a Middle School Head Swim Coach. The coach will be in charge of the supervision and coordination of practices for the middle school developmental swim team.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Previous successful coaching experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to implement effective coaching techniques appropriate for middle school student-athletes.
• Have professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and a team player.
• CPR and First-Aid Certified (or be willing to get certified upon hire)

Coaching Term: Fall:  9/2/25 - 11/21/25

Availability:

Position requires candidates to have a flexible schedule. Students practice during a rotated block designated for physical education.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a seasonal/part-time position paying $17.75/hr. This position is not eligible for benefits.
