Position: Athletic Coach

Reports To: Athletic Director

Length of Contract: Sport Season

Evaluation: Ongoing by Athletic Director

Qualifications
- Vibrant, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ- Proficient in both technical and tactical skills related to specific sport- Certified in emergency care procedures (CPR, IMPACT, First Aid, and AED)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Passion for the mission of Delmarva Christian Schools- Infinite hope in the success of every student

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enforce school and Board policies
• Facilitate daily practices to train student athletes in both technical and tactical skills in order to improve both individual and team performance
• Attend DCS coaches professional development workshops
• Be available for professional development opportunities
• Keep up to date on schedules by signing up for updates on Websites4sports for every sport, and by communicating with the Athletic Director
• Maintain accurate box-score information in Royalssports.com
