Taylor Hospitality is searching for high-energy, food-loving, fast moving, friendly cooks to help dish out the fan-favorite snacks that keep our guests coming back for more. Whether enjoying a competitive round of mini-golf, or just simply vacationing at the Inn, you'll be the center of the action, serving up delicious eats with a side of fun! 

As a concessions cook, you'll be preparing food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring proper cooking and holding procedures, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and assisting with setup and cleanup, all while staying quality-driven, and keeping a safe atmosphere. 

Compensation: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending experience

What You'll be Doing:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting.


• Prepare simple dishes like salads and entrees.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils after use.


• Perform general cleaning duties, such as removing trash and garbage.


• Keep the refrigerator stocked and rotate products using the "first in, first out" method.


• Ensure all ingredients and condiments are displayed for customers.

• May be responsible for taking customer orders and ringing up sales.


• May be responsible for balancing register tills at the end of the day.

What We're Looking For: 

• Previous experience in a similar setting/role.


• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.


• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.


• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.


• Ability to handle cash and make change accurately.


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
