Reports To: Shawnee Wilborn

Compensation: $16 per hour

Role Overview: 

We're excited to offer the role of Ministry Assistant that is designed to give you a thorough taste of many different areas of church ministry. The hope is this job description will not only help u bring others to Jesus but also will produce fulfillment and satisfaction for you. As Ministry Assistant, you’ll be a significant player in keeping many ministries and initiatives organized and moving forward. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Continue internship responsibilities.


• Assist in the launch and weekly execution of a successful children’s ministry on Sunday evenings.


• Collaborate on the organization and launch of a merchandise line and begin training for the spring line.


• Support administrative tasks for both Holly and Shawnee, including Jamaica trip planning, camp, meeting minutes, and other needs as they arise.


• Maintain open and frequent communication with Shawnee regarding job satisfaction, training, and areas of interest.

• Up to 12-17 hours per week
