Mission Brew

Purpose of the Job:

To serve Evangel by assisting the Mission Brew Manager with the organization, implementation and operation of the cafe. The café is an outreach to our local community and a place we invest in to see the love of Christ extended to all those who visit.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Experience in food service, customer service recommended but not required

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Food Prep


• Coffee Service


• Stocking and inventory


• Cleaning

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent service and oversight of the cafe and maintaining positive customer interactions that align with the vision and mission of Evangel


• Reporting any issues to the Café Manager immediately

• Elements of this position require moving, lifting and pushing heavy items, standing for extended periods of time, and cleaning the work areas relevant to the café (IE. Kitchen, coffee bar, tables and chairs)
