All Miles Reimbursed | Flexible Schedule

We're seeking experienced PICC and midline RNs to join a mobile vascular access team in St. Louis. This is a 1099 opportunity with competitive pay, autonomy, and full mileage reimbursement.

The work is steady and focused. You'll support patients across the region through timely line placements in various care environments. You’ll stay in communication with dispatch and clinical leadership, but you'll operate with independence and trust in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

Traveling to patient sites across the region for scheduled vascular access procedures

Performing PICC and midline insertions with skill, care, and precise documentation

Communicating with your clinical lead and receiving consults via dispatch

Working solo in a calm, confident, and professional manner

What You’ll Need

Strong PICC and midline insertion experience (independent, not assisted)

Active Missouri RN license

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

Comfort working alone, communicating clearly, and adapting on the go

Tech-savvy enough to document procedures and check assignments remotely
