Job Description:

As a Mobility Sales Representative at Roxxon Communications, you will be the face of our company, responsible for offering our customers the best in wireless phone services. Your primary role will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their communication requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their wireless communication needs.
• Provide expert advice on wireless phone services, plans, and devices.
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling Roxxon Communications' products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, services, and industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of wireless phone services and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
