We're seeking 2-3 more skilled Tile and Grout Technicians to join our small team.

As a Technician, you'll be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and restoring tile and grout in residential and commercial settings. We also have opportunities for tile installation, water mitigation repair, and other more advanced skilled jobs.

Flexible schedule: We offer part-time and full-time positions.
You'll need to be able to be in St Petersburg at 830am and work through 4 pm each day including some weekends.

This is both an individually accountable job and a team-oriented role. You'll be assigned a job based on your skill level and you'll learn more skills from other technicians. I expect that you'll be able to perform a job by yourself within 3-4 weeks. Technicians give before/after updates throughout the day. Your success is based on arriving on time, doing great work with a positive attitude, completing a job and returning the equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Either 1-2 years experience with tile, grout, and caulk in any manner OR
- Transferrable skills i.e. handyman work, cleaning, art installation of highly focused detail work. Some tile installation experience is helpful, but not required
AND
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to do a background check - No burglary or theft on your record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on knees and/or walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

90-day probationary period, we'll assess your abilities in cleaning and sealing grout, recaulking, regrouting, and other skills. Successful completion will lead to increased pay and opportunities for independent work.
