What does your company do?

Job Summary

The Camp/Clinic Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes during i9 Sports Camps, After School Enrichment, or Clinic Programming. The counselor provides instruction and is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field or court.

Responsibilities

Lead sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun

Teach & demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values

With the help of established platforms, communicate program information to players and parents

Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Experience working with kids in a sports environment preferred

Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge preferred

Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently

Ability to work respective program schedule (no overnight), Monday through Friday

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
